The work is part of the No Signal Series, but infact a signal appears in this one. Something that resemblances the last seconds of light when you turn of an old fashioned tv-screen. The motif can have other references, like dawn in desert, or a burning city far away. In Norwegian Folk tales there are the Soria-Moria Golden Castle, always out of reach for the wanderer.
